Here is the Procedure for getting your samples tested:

||||
Ø Fill up Form No. 14A.
Ø Remit prescribed fee* to the Government account. Mode and method of payment of the fee will be different in various locations / States.
(In Kerala, the fee amount to be remitted in any of the Government Treasuries using Chalan
No. TR12, under the Head of Account “0210-04-104-99” for the purpose of “Testing of
Drugs”)
Ø Pack sufficient quantity*, required for testing, of the Drug /
Medicine purchased.
Ø Send the sample along with Form 14A and Original Treasury Chalan to
any of the Government Drugs Testing Laboratories in the State.
Ø After completion of testing of the Sample a Certificate of Analysis,
signed by the Government Analyst in Form 14B, will be send to the party.
*To know the exact amount of fee to be paid and quantity of the sample
to be send, contact any of the nearest Government Drugs Testing Laboratory.

v To facilitate further statutory actions upon the result of the
analysis of the samples, take care;
ü to fill up the Form 14A completely and
ü send samples bearing its label details like Product Name, Batch No.
and Manufacturer Details.
